Our History

We were founded by one of the top home builder photographers in America, Bradley Caricofe. Bradley has worked with 4 out of the top 5 national builders in the U.S. and has been the preferred photography vendor for NVR for nearly 5 years.

We recognize that home builders have marketing imagery needs that are outside of the scope of the average real estate photographer, and we are deeply committed to understanding each client’s style and goals.

Our Capabilities

With over 90 photographers, 15 editors, and a core staff who oversee operations in 24 states, we are the largest agency of our kind in the U.S. We’re tuned for volume production in 70 markets, and our editors have more experience with builder marketing imagery refinements than anyone.

We have a well-engineered and comprehensive approach to photographing model or spec homes and community features, and we are pioneers in the practice of capturing regional amenities that complement your projects.

Our Training

We discover, coach, and support talented photographers. We’ve developed extensive training resources and work closely with each individual creative to evolve their skillsets and their approach to addressing our client’s needs. We invest in people and processes.

Our Production

Our deliverables are reviewed and touched-up by one of the most talented and experienced editing teams in the country. Our Creative Director, editors, and graphic designers work on nothing but home builder and developer marketing imagery. Our processes encompass accurate color grading; removing signs or construction activity; and fixing window views, landscaping, or siding colors.

Our Licensing

We employ modern, standardized licensing that protects your company, our agency, and our photographers from copyright claims or other legal issues. Our licensing allows for sweeping commercial usage, in perpetuity, as long as the images are being used in an effort to sell your products and services.

Our Research

In 2019, we began conducting market research in an effort to determine which photography practices best capture the attention of users and result in higher Click-thru Rates (CTR). We are expanding our studies in 2020 to include paid/organic search engine and social media ad responses to imagery.

Our Future

We routinely evaluate and tweak our processes in an effort to improve our already highly-evolved imagery products and maintain responsive delivery timeframes. We’re also developing a media management portal for image and video storage that will outperform anything currently available (slated for fall 2020.)
