Patrick Quigley has more than 15 years experience in sales, marketing, product management, and engineering with both public and private companies. Prior to joining Vantage Media, Patrick was Senior Vice President at QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: QNST) where he led one of the company's business units and was part of the management team that completed the company's initial public offering. Patrick also held marketing and sales executive leadership positions at BEA Systems that culminated in his role as Vice President of Strategic Sales and Operations. Previously, Patrick was a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he helped launch the consulting firm's Branding Practice.
Patrick holds a B.S. in Engineering from Duke University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
James Montgomery founded leading investment bank Montgomery & Co in 1986 and serves as Chief Executive Officer, He also serves as chief Executive Officer of Digital Coast Ventures LLC, an affiliated investment vehicle, and was a Founder of venture capital firm Palomar Ventures.
A recognized expert in high technology industries and markets, James has advised leading global, media, communications and technology companies in industry consolidation, new market entry, divestitures, strategic alliances and capital formation. In addition to serving as a member of the Board for Vantage Media, James has also been a seed investor in a range of successful software, technology, biotechnology and communications companies.
James holds a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and a Master's degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
Rory has been a venture capital investor since 1993. As Managing Director of Scale Venture Partners, Rory invests in mobile, Internet, and enterprise software companies. Some of his successful investments include IPOs such as Omniture (Nasdaq, acquired by Adobe for $1.8B), Connect, NetGenesis and acquisitions including ScanSafe (acquired by Cisco), Frontbridge (acquired by Microsoft), Zone Labs (acquired by Checkpoint), Placeware, (acquired by Microsoft), OuterBay (acquired by HP) and others.
In addition to Vantage Media, Rory sits on the boards of Arena Solutions, Box.net, DocuSign, ExactTarget, Hubspan, Innovion, Livescribe, and Lumension Security.
Rory holds a BSc from the London School of Economics.
Dan MacKeigan is a Principal at Tudor Ventures who focuses on opportunities in the wireless, media and internet sectors. Since joining the firm in 2000, Dan has led investments in Wimba (acquired by Blackboard, Inc. - NASDAQ BBBB), Turbine (acquired by Time Warner’s Warner Brothers Home Entertainment Group – NYSE TWX), N2 Broadband (acquired by Tandberg – NASDAQ ERIC), Shoebuy (acquired by IAC/InterActiveCorp - NASDAQ IACI), and Wavelink (acquired in leveraged buyout).
In addition to serving as a member of the Board for Vantage Media, Dan is also currently on the board for Vantrix. Prior to Tudor, Dan was a Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey, a Northern Virginia-based firm where he worked with leading public and private technology companies.
Dan holds a B.S. in Biology from Trinity College.

Rob Chrone has more than 20 years experience in private and public company environments. He spent three years at FrontBridge Technologies, working with the CEO to grow the company from 15 employees and 35 customers to almost 200 employees and more than 3,000 customers. At FrontBridge, Rob was responsible for finance and administrative functions, as well as managing the company's operations. During his tenure at FrontBridge, the company completed a recapitalization and three VC-led rounds of funding. Rob was instrumental in the negotiations that led to the sale of FrontBridge to Microsoft in August 2005. Prior to working with FrontBridge, Rob was CFO and COO of Atlas World Holdings, a private equity investment firm. Rob took an active role with Atlas portfolio companies and personally led the growth and sale of three Atlas companies. Prior to Atlas, Rob was Corporate Controller and then Manager of Finance, Legal & Administration at Dual Drilling, a $400 million publicly-traded offshore oil and gas drilling company.
Rob holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Darren Wiebe brings over 20 years of experience in the online industry as a consultant, executive, and entrepreneur in both public and private companies. His background in bridging business with technology has enabled Darren to build up Vantage Media's strategy, technology, and media operations over the last five years from both CTO and COO positions. Darren is currently the company's Chief Marketing Officer.
Prior to Vantage, Darren built and led the technical operations center for FrontBridge in Canada and continued with the acquisition in 2005 by Microsoft. The team continues to grow as part of Microsoft Canada. Before that, Darren was Chief Technology Officer of Voyus, a publicly traded and nationally managed services provider in Canada. He was also President of Tronica, a leading technology integration and consulting firm acquired by Voyus in early 2000.
Sergio Vela has more than 10 years of experience in the online industry mostly in technology, product development and marketing, as his current CTO role in Vantage he oversees the company technology strategy, leads the Engineering, Product Development and Implementations, Business Intelligence and Network Operations Team.
Prior to Vantage Media, Sergio was VP of Technology for Brokersweb.Com Inc. a premium vertically-targeted pay-per-click (PPC) network, where he managed all the company technology and product strategy, he got to this role after Healthcare.Com acquisition of the company, where he was part of the founding team in 2007.
Before HealthCare.com, Mr. Vela was the Chief Technology Officer of ClickDiario Network, the largest Spanish language advertising network, recently acquired by News Corp. Mr. Vela also served as Senior Developer for Terra-Lycos, overseeing a network of portals in a number of countries such as USA, Mexico, Central America, Colombia and Argentina. Sergio holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Universidad Francisco Marroquin and a MBA from UNIS Business School.
Cappy has nearly 10 years of experience building high value digital direct response programs for clients in the Education vertical. Prior to Vantage Media, Cappy led client engagements for Adchemy using their suite of direct response optimization software. He began his career in lead generation at QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: QNST), where he directed major Education account teams.
Cappy holds a B.A. from the University of Washington.
Patrick Cross has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations and more than 12 years of experience building online businesses. Prior to Vantage Media, Patrick managed several technology business-to-business verticals for QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: QNST). He's also founder of AdQuants, a search marketing intelligence and lead generation company. Patrick began his post-graduate career at McKinsey & Company where he was part of the Business Building Practice, assisting numerous clients launch new online business ventures.
Patrick received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California San Diego.
Michael Foster heads sales efforts and ad operations for new BrokersWeb advertisers, and works closely with BrokersWeb's ad operations team to ensure that advertisers' customer acquisition goals are being met. Michael heightens the visibility, awareness, and penetration of the BrokersWeb brand through outreach to leading insurance carriers, independent brokers, and national call centers. Michael has over seven years of experience in online customer acquisition for high-volume insurance producers. Prior to joining HealthCare.com, Michael served at Quotit Corporation in a sales and business development capacity. As the top producer at Quotit Corporation, Michael worked with thousands of insurance brokers to develop an effective web presence and utilize technology to increase sales and efficiency.
Michael holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from California State University, Fullerton.
Brooke Temple has more than 15 years of experience in online and broadcast media as an executive, attorney, and entrepreneur. Prior to Vantage Media, Brooke led revenue growth at The Search Agency with a focus on search engine optimization. Previously, Brooke led creative and media teams at Spot Runner to add multiple Fortune 500 clients and helped integrate company acquisitions to expand service offerings.
Brooke holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
With 12 years of experience in building, growing, and maintaining successful publisher businesses, Chris Yip brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the digital direct response space. Prior to joining Vantage Media, Chris worked at QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: QNST) where he managed the education publisher business and was responsible for some of QuinStreet's largest partnerships.
Chris holds a BS in Business - Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
